When you purchase a digital product from Racing Sparrow, you are provided with immediate access to download the STL files.

We can see whether the files have been downloaded.

If the files have not been downloaded, we are happy to consider a refund request.

Once the STL files have been downloaded, the product has been delivered and cannot be returned. For this reason, refunds are generally not available after the files have been downloaded.
